Swing door operators
Low-energy or full-power, with push pads, radar and safety sensors. The type most often retrofitted to a door that is already hanging, and the type most often set up wrong.
Communal door sets
Shared front doors, lobby doors and internal cross-corridor sets. Fire door duties, access control and a powered opener all meeting on one leaf, which is why they need testing as one system rather than three.
Swing doors at home
Powered swing openers on front, internal and communal door sets for people who need them, often funded through local authority adaptations. Swing doors are all a home needs, and all we fit there.

Including doors whose original installer has gone, or will only touch their own brand. Send us the make and a photograph of the header and we will tell you straight away whether we carry the parts.

The same duties, whatever the type
One standard across all four.
A powered door is a machine, and the duties that come with that do not change because the leaf slides instead of swings. Detection distance, closing force, the gaps around the leaf and what happens when the power fails: those get measured on every type, and the readings go in the report.
