Use us once, or let us keep the diary.
Two ways to work with us: a single visit when you need one, or a maintenance package built around how hard your doors work.
One-off service call
For a door that has stopped, slowed, slammed or started beeping, or for a single inspection before an audit. No contract and no minimum term. You get a visit, a fix or a clear quote for one, and a written report.
- Fault finding and repair
- Single BS EN 16005 inspection
- Pre-audit or pre-insurance check
- Second opinion on someone else's quote
Bespoke maintenance package
We agree the visit frequency from cycle count, who uses the entrance and whether it is the only accessible way in. Then we look after the log book, the reminders and the priority when something fails between visits.
- Annual, six-monthly or quarterly visits
- Priority call-outs between visits
- Every door logged with its own history
- One contractor across mixed makes and sites
How often should a door be serviced?
Once a year is the minimum the standard's guidance points to. It is a floor, and a busy entrance needs more. This is the schedule we start from before we have seen your door.
Before we have seen your door.
| Where the door is | How hard it works | Visits we suggest |
|---|---|---|
| Supermarket or busy retail entrance | Thousands of cycles a day, trolleys and pushchairs | Quarterly |
| Hospital, health centre or care home | Vulnerable users, often the only accessible way in | Quarterly or six-monthly |
| School, leisure centre or council office | Heavy at peak times, quiet in between | Six-monthly |
| Small shop, office or low-traffic entrance | A few hundred cycles a day | Annual, as the minimum |
| Powered opener at home | Light use, but the household depends on it | Annual, with a call-out route the family can use |
BS EN 16005:2023 and its 2024 amendment also require maintenance in line with the manufacturer's specification, which we check for your operator before we quote.
Send us the schedule you have now.
Already under contract? Send the current schedule and the last report and we will quote to continue it or improve it.
